Factory Overview
Aulank's manufacturing base is located in Kunshan, China, covering an area of over 10,000 square meters and equipped with complete facilities for industrial pump production, assembly, and testing. The factory operates semi-automated production and assembly lines, single-piece flow assembly lines for non-standard customized products, automated testing lines, multiple inspection workshops, and finished goods storage areas, covering the full manufacturing process of industrial pumps from production and assembly to testing and shipment.
With an annual production capacity exceeding 100,000 units, Aulank supports multi-model, small-batch, and customized industrial pump manufacturing. The factory is capable of meeting the requirements of industrial pump products with different structural designs and operating conditions, supporting OEM cooperation and various project-based supply needs, with clear assurance of stable delivery and product consistency.

Semi-Automated Production & Assembly Lines
The factory is equipped with semi-automated production and assembly lines, suitable for batch assembly and stable delivery of industrial pumps. Through standardized assembly processes and control at key stages, consistency and assembly quality are maintained across different pump models, while balancing production efficiency and manufacturing stability.

Single-Piece Flow Assembly Mode
For non-standard customized and multi-specification industrial pump products, the factory adopts a single-piece flow assembly mode. Each unit is assembled and adjusted independently according to specific order and operating condition requirements. This approach improves responsiveness for customized production and reduces assembly interference, making it suitable for flexible manufacturing of project-based industrial pumps.

Automated Pump Testing Lines
The factory is equipped with automated pump testing lines capable of supporting simultaneous testing of multiple industrial pumps. Key operating parameters are measured accurately and efficiently. All pumps are required to pass the automated testing process before shipment, covering operating status and performance, and achieving 100% outgoing inspection to ensure reliability in actual applications.

Inspection Workshops
The inspection workshops are equipped with a range of professional inspection and testing equipment for verifying key performance and assembly quality of industrial pumps. These include surface inspection tools, testing machines, vibration analyzers, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), motor performance testing systems, and high-temperature thermal oil testing units. Multi-dimensional inspection methods are applied to meet the requirements for stability, precision, and durability of industrial pump operation.

Warehouse
The finished goods warehouse is used for centralized storage and shipment management of industrial pump products and key components. Storage and dispatch are organized by model and project, reducing handling and mismatch risks, and supporting delivery requirements for multi-model and project-based industrial pump orders.
