On January 10, 2026, Aulank Pump Manufacturing Co., Ltd. held its 2025 Annual Summary and 2026 Strategic Planning Conference at the company headquarters in Kunshan, Jiangsu Province. The full management team and employees gathered to review the past year's results, recognize outstanding contributions, and align on the direction for the year ahead.

2025 Business Review
Aulank's General Manager opened the conference with a comprehensive review of 2025 performance. The company maintained steady growth across its core business lines throughout the year. Product development continued to move forward with new additions to the pump portfolio, and the manufacturing base in Kunshan sustained stable output with over 100,000 units of annual production capacity.
On the market side, Aulank expanded its reach into new application areas and strengthened relationships with existing OEM partners and system integrators. Export business continued to grow, with products now serving customers across more than 50 countries and regions. The team also made progress on quality system improvements, building on the company's existing ISO 9001:2015 and TUV CE certifications.
The review acknowledged the challenges faced during the year as well — shifts in market demand, supply chain pressures, and the need to keep pace with evolving customer requirements across industries like new energy, semiconductor, and chemical processing.

Department Reports and Team Recognition
Following the general review, department heads presented their individual summaries covering R&D progress, production output, quality control metrics, and sales performance. Each department outlined what worked, what fell short, and what needs to change going into 2026.
A key segment of the conference was dedicated to recognizing employees who made outstanding contributions during the year. Awards were presented to individuals and teams across production, engineering, and customer support functions. The recognition covered both performance results and the kind of day-to-day reliability that keeps operations running — showing up, solving problems, and supporting colleagues when things get difficult.

2026 Strategic Direction
The second half of the conference focused on planning for 2026. The leadership team laid out priorities across several areas: continued investment in product R&D to expand the pump series coverage, deepening technical support capabilities for OEM and project-based customers, further strengthening of the quality management system, and targeted growth in international markets.
The 2026 plan also emphasized internal capability building — upgrading manufacturing processes, improving cross-department collaboration, and investing in the professional development of the engineering and technical service teams. The goal is to make sure that as the business grows, the operational foundation grows with it.
Looking Ahead
The conference closed with a shared commitment from the entire team to carry the momentum from 2025 into the new year. With 17 years of pump manufacturing experience, 77 patents, and a customer base of over 20,000 companies worldwide, Aulank enters 2026 with a clear focus: deliver reliable pump products, provide practical technical support, and build long-term partnerships that work for both sides.
