On December 20, 2025, the second Aulank Pump Skills Competition officially opened in a focused and energetic atmosphere. With the theme “Enhancing Professional Skills and Strengthening Craftsmanship,” the competition centered on product knowledge, application scenarios, and teamwork. It aimed to comprehensively assess employees’ professional competence and encourage continuous improvement, providing solid support for the company’s long-term development.
At the opening of the event, Mr. Zhang, General Manager of Aulank Pump, stated that skills are the foundation of an enterprise, and talent is the key to sustainable growth. He expressed the hope that this competition would not only evaluate employees’ overall capabilities, but also motivate everyone to keep learning and improving.
The competition lasted four hours and included four core stages: theoretical knowledge testing, rapid-response Q&A, scenario-based demonstrations, and hands-on assembly. These stages covered product fundamentals, customer problem-solving, industry applications, and team coordination, providing a comprehensive assessment of participants’ technical understanding and practical skills.
During the written test, participants remained calm and demonstrated solid product knowledge. The rapid-response Q&A session created a tense atmosphere, with each question drawing strong attention and frequent applause. In the scenario demonstration stage, participants took on the roles of account managers and technical consultants, identifying customer pain points and proposing solutions that were well received by the judges. In the final assembly stage, teams worked smoothly and followed standardized procedures, reflecting strong hands-on ability and process awareness.

After intense competition, the following awards were presented: Individual First Prize for Special Projects, Team Award for Special Projects, and First, Second, and Third Prizes for Comprehensive Performance.
